What is e-Delivery?

e-Delivery is a secure, electronic way to receive statements from The Flex-funds using the Internet. You can view your

Flex-funds statements online anytime. e-Delivery offers an efficient, easy-to-use service at no cost to you.

How do I register for e-Delivery?

If you are interested in e-Delivery, please complete this form indicating that you would like to view your statement online.

Once The Flex-funds statements for the 1st Quarter of 2008 are available for viewing, you will receive an e-mail which

will include a link to register and view your statement.

Can I print or save my statements?

Yes. Statements are presented in PDF format. This allows you to save a copy of your statement locally to your computer

or print it on your local printer.

Will I still get a statement in the mail?

You will have the option to go paperless or not. You can choose during registration, but you can change your delivery

method at any time through your account information page when logged into the website.

Can I see previous quarter's statements?

Yes. You will have access to the past four quarters of statements once you register for e-Delivery.

Can I link multiple accounts to one online user account?

Yes. You can link any number of Flex-fund statements or retirement statements to one online user account.

How do you protect my information from identity theft?

Whether you share information in person, over the phone or through the web, Meeder Financial will exercise the highest

levels of care to ensure your information is secure. All regulations related to privacy are followed, in addition to

technology safeguards such as 128-bit secure site encryption, online discussion portal to prevent e-mail identity theft,

requirement of registration authentication, and more. You can do your part to protect your identity by ensuring you always

logout of the system if you are using a public computer station, keeping your password private, and refraining from sending

personal information through e-mail.

Are there specific system requirements to view my statements?

Aside from having an internet-accessible computer, you will need to have software to view PDF documents. The most

popular software to view PDF documents is Adobe Acrobat. We also support most modern, popular browsers such as

Microsoft's Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Apple's Safari.
